What comes in a needlepoint kit?
Each kit includes everything you need to get started: a printed canvas, thread, needle, instructions, and all the supplies needed to complete your project.
Are your kits beginner friendly?
Absolutely! Our kits are designed with beginners in mind. If you can make a simple diagonal stitch, you can needlepoint. We like to say: stitch where the color is—there is no right or wrong.
Are your canvases hand painted?
No — our canvases are professionally printed, allowing us to create beautiful designs at a more affordable price point while maintaining quality.
What size are your kits?
Most of our kits are available in 4x4 and 4x6 depending on the design. We also have smaller canvases to fit our bag tags and Coozies
What if I run out of thread?
No problem! Simply send us a message and we’ll happily send replacement thread.
Where are your products made?
Everything is designed, assembled, and packed in our Savannah studio.
Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within a few business days unless otherwise noted.
Do you accept returns?
We will happily except returns on unopened kits, once we receive the kit back we will process your refund.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
We genuinely want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out. We believe in taking care of our customers and will do our best to make things right.
Wholesale FAQ
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! We love partnering with boutiques, gift shops, resorts, needlepoint stores, hospital gift shops, and specialty retailers.
What is your wholesale turnaround time?
Our typical wholesale turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks from order placement. During busy seasons, turnaround times may be slightly longer.
Do you have minimum orders?
Yes, we sell in case packs of 4 per design with a $200 minimum order.
Where can I place wholesale orders?
Wholesale orders can be placed directly with us or through Faire.
Do you offer exclusivity?
We generally do not offer geographic exclusivity so that we can continue growing the brand while supporting as many retail partners as possible.
Are displays available?
We will be offering that very soon. We are excited to launch our display options to help make selling easy in-store.
Can customers reorder best sellers easily?
Absolutely. We designed our wholesale program to make reordering quick and simple.
